RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION
70% : Recruitment Consulting
• Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews by phone
• Gather contact details based on criteria given by the client
• Conduct initial phone interviews, face to face interviews with candidates
• Personal interview with qualified candidates
• Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentation
• Develop and enrich database, including client and candidate database
• Manage the entire search process / client management
30% Business development:
• Looking for more companies that need to use the company\'s headhunt service
Yêu cầu công việc
• College / University degree
• Over 6 months of recruitment consulting experience in headhunt companies
• Good inspirational voice, positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good attitude & morality
• Must speak/ listen /write English
